My Values:
Empathy + Non-Judgement
Do no harm, your safety is first. I prioritize emotional safety by centering empathy and non-judgement – both within the container of our partnership and as a desired internal state for every client. Your internal space should be the most accepting and compassionate sanctuary you know.
Wholeness + Non-Attachment
You are already whole. Expansion is an inside game. Wholeness emphasizes the integration of all parts of our being – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual – encouraging us to embrace and nurture every aspect of ourselves for a balanced and fulfilling life.
Courage +
Trust
Truthfulness allows us to flow. Courageous conversations – internally and externally – require truthfulness from us and within us. Our work together will embrace these principles as this transformative journey presents opportunities for you to be your most authentic version of yourself – for yourself.
Curiosity + Self-Awareness
Self-study is key to growth. Curiosity encourages us to embrace a mindset of exploration and openness, constantly seeking to understand more about ourselves and the world around us. Self-reflection complements this by inviting us to look inward, critically assessing our thoughts, feelings, and actions to uncover deeper insights.
